REPORT ON WORKING MODEL WORKSHOP           As a part of B.Ed curriculum   Dr.Palpu memorial S.N.D.P yogam college of education conducted a working model workshop on 15 th June 2016. This workshop provided us a platform to display our skill in making science related working models.                  The workshop was held on all of us reached at the general hall at 9.30am and the workshop begins on time. The teacher gave as an elaborate instruction .Every one come with required materials. Everyone enthusiastically participated in the workshop and made it a great success.                I prepared a working model of wind mill that shows how energy is generated from wind. REPORT ON DRAMA WORKSHOP   As part of 2015 – 2017 bed course, Dr: Palpu memorial college  conducted a camp on April 4, 5, 6, 7 on the fourth day we conducted a drama workshop of Dr. Sujesh sir. And the topic of drama workshop is “ basic steps in theater drama’’. Workshop starts at 9.30 am.         Sujesh sir explains the importance of drama in the teaching field. He starts the class by doing different games.  Sir divide as in to two groups and ask us to form a circle. And he give an imaginary ball to each group. He gave light weight imaginary ball to one group and heavy weight imaginary ball to another group.  And ask us to exchange balls. And he also tells that while exchanging the imaginary balls all the students want to give facial expression and body expression.           After that teacher gave another activity, he asked each group members to more in stage without making gaps. COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP

THREE DAYS COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP        As a part of our B.ed curriculum, Dr.Palpu Memorial SNDP Yogam College of Teacher Education conducted a “COMMUNITY LIVING   CAMP” from April 4 to 7 ,2015.Main theme of the camp was “BACK TO NATURE”.The camp helped the students to develop leadership quality,togethernss,creativity,positive attitudes. MAIN THEME “BACK TO NATURE” The theme of the camp was selected in such a way that to awaken the human beings to protect the nature and to be with the nature for always.All the classes conducted was up to the theme and raised the standard of the camp. REPORT ON PUPPETRY WORKSHOP                           As a part of B.Ed curriculum ,Dr.palpu memorial S.N.D.P. Yogam College of Education conducted a  workshop for puppetry. Padmakumari teacher gave the instructions for us.this workshop provide us a platform to display our skill on puppetry making and drama presentation.The workshop was held on 25 th February  2017.  All of us reached the general hall at 9.30 am.The workshop began on time.Everyone came with necessary materials like plastic bottle and scissors . REPORT ON FIELD TRIP

A TRIP TO HILL PALACE           A field trip or excursion is a journey by a group of people to a place away from their normal environment. When done for students, it is also known as school trip. The purpose of the trip is usually observation for education non-experimental research or to provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities, such as going camping with teachers and their classmates.      As per the syllabus for B.ed students, a field trip is compulsory. Hence we have arranged a trip to a archaeological museum, Hill palace, Tripunitura in Ernakulam district.   All optional   B.ed students accompanied by our two teachers.   Started our journey 8 th October 2015at 9am .We have reached the place at about 10.30 am. Hill palace is the largest archaeological museum in Kerala, at Tripunitura,Kochi near Karinguchira area. It was the administrative office of Kochi Rajas.                 OOTY MYSORE TRIP                                       As a part of B.Ed curriculam  Dr.Palpu memorial S.N.D.P yogam college of education conducted a study tour on 24 th March 2017 to ooty and Mysore . It was a 3 day tour....                                 A study tour is a travel experience with specific learning goals.  The learning goals of each study tour vary, but are always spelled out in the course syllabus that is distributed to each learner.  Study tours emphasize experiential learning and offer both group and self-directed activities that enable learners to explore new territories, cultures, and people. Study tours are designed to be both fun and educational.  Our groups enjoy the local cuisine, socialize freely, and make use of the local recreational and cultural resources of the areas that we visit.  However, study tours are NOT party trips.  If you are looking for a spring break blitz or summer beach party, you'll do better to look else

REPORT ON SUPW PROGRAMME

GLASS PAINTING                                      As a part of B.Ed curriculum   Dr.Palpu memorial S.N.D.P yogam college of education we conducted Socially useful productive work( SUPW program). In which I selected glass painting.                                        Glass painting is a contemporary art which has derived from the age old art of stained glass painting.It was a common feature in high windows and doors etc.At home glass painting,wall hangings on windows ,cups,mugs,mirrors,tiles,acrylic sheets and so on. REQUIREMENTS ·        Glass piece ·        A design ·        An outliner ·        Glass paint ·        Silver foil METHOD                First we have to select to select diagram and draw an  outline occur the glass.Then paint on it using different types of colours .Then keep it as for day.After that we have to put silver foil in the background and make frame using sticks.Then we will get a good framed glass paint. CARTOON AS EFFECTIVE TOOLS IN TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS                                 Present education system demands a new techniques in teaching and learning and learning process.Today students expect joyful environment in the classroom for learning with interest and attendance .There are teachers who are artistic material teaching learning process to attract the student towards experimental learning learning.Cartoon is one sub  material with which a teacher can provide joyful environment and also can make her/his students to think deferentially  and encourage them to create something on their own.It is a visual media with lot of humor  which can be either in the form of single picture of series of pictures , captioned or non-captioned.This approach helps the teacher to develop in imaginative  power among students by building proper knowledge.                                                  REPORT ON COLLAGE WORKSHOP                       As a part of b.ed curriculum , Dr Palpu memorial SNDP yogam college of education conducted a workshop for collage. Pdmakumari teacher gave the instructions for us. This workshop provide us a platform to display our skill on collage making.  The workshop was held on 24th march 2017, Friday.All of us reached the general hall at 2.00 pm. The workshop began on time . The teacher gave us an elaborate instruction before one week. So we prepared well. Everyone came with necessary materials for making collage. When there have puppetry workshop, that sir also gave us very good description about collage making. So our duty is so easy.
